Every machine we build mixes to the ratio you set and measures what it makes. The difference is how much of it is built around your fluid.
Most customers start with a standard model. When the fluid, the volume, or the floor doesn't fit a catalog, we build one from scratch.
Proven designs for the fluids most operations run every day, such as water-mix coolants, wash solutions, and glycols. Short lead times and predictable pricing.
Multiple components, unusual ratios, high viscosity, tight tolerances, or a footprint nobody else will fit. We design, build, and test the machine in our shop before it ships.
A blender is only as good as what it knows about the fluid. We pick the measurement for the job, not the other way around.

Most operations mix by hand or with a simple proportioner. Here's what changes.
| Hand mixing or proportioner | The Blender Co. | |
|---|---|---|
| Ratio | Depends on water pressure, wear, and who did it | Set once, held on every batch |
| Verification | Occasional spot checks, if any | Measured on the machine |
| Fluids | One fluid per device, limited ratios | Any fluid, single or multi-component |
| Labor | Buckets, drums, and someone's time | Runs on its own, alerts when it needs attention |
| Records | A clipboard, if anything | Every batch logged and exportable |

Almost anything that flows: water-mix coolants and cutting fluids, lubricants, wash and rinse chemistries, rust preventives, glycols, and specialty process fluids. Tell us what you're mixing and we'll confirm fit.
Usually not. Most single-fluid, water-mix applications fit a standard model. We'll tell you honestly if a standard unit will do the job.
Yes. On applications where the ratio is critical, we add concentration measurement on the finished fluid so the blend is checked, not just calculated.
Our standard point-of-use units are sized for common setups, including standard Haas machines. Central blenders connect to your existing tanks or distribution lines.
Standard models are quoted by size and options. Custom builds are quoted after a short engineering review. Contact us with your fluid and volumes and we'll follow up.
Fluid, ratio, volume, and where it needs to go. We'll follow up within one business day.
